📋 Description

• Design and ship production ML systems powering conversational AI
• Build systems interpreting user intent and multi-turn context at scale
• Develop agentic workflows including memory and tool orchestration
• Create evaluation frameworks, including LLM-as-judge pipelines
• Partner with product/engineering/design to deliver seamless experiences
• Balance experimentation with production rigor for latency and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience building and shipping ML systems in production
• Experience with large language models; shipped LLM-based systems
• Deep understanding of conversational/agentic context and multi-step reasoning
• Experience designing metrics/evaluation pipelines for ML systems
• Comfortable debugging interactions between models, tools, and latency
• Enjoy working cross-functionally and contributing to an inclusive team
