🎯 Requirements

Strong ML, NLP, and generative AI background with real-world impact.
Hands-on end-to-end production ML systems at scale; LLM-scale a plus.
Experience using human feedback to improve LLM-based systems (DPO, KTO).
Design end-to-end tech specs and modular ML architectures with product teams.
Distributed data processing with Beam/Spark and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
