• Partner with engineering and product leaders to shape the ML-driven roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record designing and shipping impactful algorithms in production.
• Deep expertise in applied ML for Search, NLP, IR, RecSys; MABs, LLMs, and causal inference a plus.
• ML background in Python; PyTorch or TensorFlow experience preferred.
• Ability to think holistically about business problems and influence strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across a global organization.
