🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years as ML engineer
Technical leadership on complex projects
PhD in CS/SE or related preferred
Proven ML project delivery with agile teams
Python and PyTorch mastery; NLP proficiency
LLMs and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) experience
