📋 Description

• Lead R&D of pCTR/conversion models and calibration.
• Design debiasing: MNS, IPW, counterfactual risk minimization.
• Develop MDMT model with MoE and Transformer layers.
• Drive TIGER retrieval and Semantic ID sequence modeling across ads.
• Collaborate on Foundation Models via autoregressive prediction.
• Translate business observations into well-defined ML research directions.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD/Master in ML, statistics, CS, IR, or related field.
• 6+ years applying ML to ranking/recommendation at scale.
• Deep CTR/conversion modeling knowledge: Deep & Wide, DeepFM, DCN, MT.
• Strong foundation in causal inference, counterfactual reasoning, bias mitigation.
• Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX); SQL, Spark, Pandas.
• Track record turning ambiguous problems into well-scoped ML research with experiments.
