Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Join a two-person ML team with a production forecasting system.
• Own client launches end-to-end: data validation, models, UAT, go-live.
• Engage with clients to understand practical impact beyond model accuracy.
• Scale forecasts from a handful of clients to hundreds.
• Take ML projects from idea to deployed production systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Production ML experience deploying systems with messy data and monitoring.
• Strong ML fundamentals; reason about trade-offs and feature importance.
• Client-facing deployment ownership; comfortable with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong Python skills; numpy, scikit-learn.
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or equivalent).
• Forecasting/time-series or demand-planning experience (nice-to-have).
• Our stack: Python, scikit-learn, MLflow, Docker, GCP.
• Small team with wide ownership and fast context-switching.
