🎯 Requirements

• BS in CS/ML or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in ML eng focusing on post-training, optimization, and deployment.
• Distillation/teacher-student training experience.
• Production RL: policy optimization, reward design, simulations.
• Expert Python and ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Strong software engineering: testing, CI/CD, containers, design.
• Cloud deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
