  • Design, train, and validate predictive and statistical models for healthcare data.
  • Frame business questions as modeling problems; define metrics and quantify uncertainty.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of ML experience shipping models to production for customers.
  • Strong foundations in statistics/ML; regression, classification, forecasting, clustering; Python.
  • Experience with agentic tools (Claude Code, Codex) for ML development.
  • Ability to translate technical results for non-technical product and business audiences.
  • Hands-on with messy real-world datasets: time-series, geospatial, demographic.
  • Proficient with SQL in modern cloud data warehouses; collaborate with data engineers.
