🎯 Requirements

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
8+ years software engineering; 5+ years building production AI/ML.
ML modeling experience for complex systems like Search/Ranking/Recommend.
Deep familiarity with LLMs; hands-on with PyTorch or JAX.
Strong Python; experience with Go or C/C++ for infra.
Distributed data systems and high-throughput production experience.
