Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deliver ML models and pipelines with DS/Research/Engineering.
• Own and evolve complex ML systems; ensure scalability and reliability in production.
• Drive ML lifecycle excellence from modeling to deployment and monitoring.
• Define production standards to boost quality and speed across Data & ML.
• Translate business problems into robust ML solutions with measurable impact.
• Act as technical leader and mentor to grow ML practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering and deploying ML models in production.
• Strong programming knowledge, ideally Python.
• Experience with ML libraries: PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, scikit-learn, LightGBM.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Expertise in search, recommender systems, or NLP/LLMs.
• Fluent in English; able to distill complex ideas across teams.
