Contribute to designing, scaling, evaluating, integrating, shipping, and refining reward signals for recommendations.
Lead collaborations across PZN to integrate and A/B test mid-term signals in various recommendation and discovery systems.
Promote and role-model best practices of ML systems development, testing, and evaluation.
In your first 6 months, prototype models, build pipelines, productize/scale models, and launch A/B tests for personalized generative recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

Strong background in ML with real-world applications.
RL expertise, especially for recommendations (must-have).
Statistics/optimization expertise in sequential models, transformers, generative AI, LLMs, and fine-tuning.
