🎯 Requirements

Experienced ML practitioner for complex real-world problems.
Strong ML, NLP, and Generative AI background; apply theory to real-world apps.
Hands-on end-to-end production ML at scale; LLM-scale is a plus.
Experience using human feedback to improve LLMs (DPO, RLHF).
Design end-to-end ML architectures and tech specs with product teams.
Experience with Beam, Spark, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
