Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain evaluation frameworks for ASR and NLP.
• Drive model accuracy, robustness, and real-world performance at scale.
• Build scalable evaluation and benchmarking infrastructure for production systems.
• Improve ASR quality and enable data-driven model iteration.
• Partner with researchers, product teams, and platform engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in CS/ML/AI or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying ML models in production.
• Strong background in ASR or speech processing.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Experience with model evaluation, benchmarking, and error analysis.
• Experience building data pipelines and scalable experimentation tooling.
