🎯 Requirements

Strong ML background; statistics, optimization; sequential models, transformers, LLMs, fine-tuning.
Experience leading cross-functional ML projects and stakeholders.
Production ML systems at scale (Java/Scala/Python).
Experience with PyTorch, Ray, Hugging Face.
Experience with distributed data processing (Beam/Spark) and cloud (GCP/AWS).
Focus on agile processes, data-driven development, reliability, experimentation.
