📋 Description

• Design and ship agentic systems for personalized listening at scale
• Build pipelines to extract and structure cultural signals using LLMs
• Collaborate with Personalization teams to integrate data
• Own end-to-end components from data pipelines to production serving
• Create evaluation tooling and run experiments on culture signals
• Define squad tech direction for 0-to-1 experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years shipping ML models end-to-end
• Strong Python; Java/Scala a plus; GCP Dataflow/BigQuery
• Hands-on with LLMs and agent orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic)
• Built production AI/ML systems in NLP, MIR, knowledge graphs
• Comfortable with 0-to-1 building in ambiguous spaces
• Collaborative, cross-functional work style; focus on quality
