Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and improve ML models and data-driven systems to classify, cluster, and enrich assets.
• Own design and development of applied ML workflows turning raw telemetry into context.
• Partner with engineering, research, security, and product teams for the right models.
• Build feature pipelines, training datasets, evaluation frameworks, and model services.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, ML engineering, or software engineering with applied ML responsibilities.
• Experience building and deploying ML or statistical models in production.
• Experience programming in Go/Python, and maintainable code practices.
• Experience with large datasets and data pipelines for feature generation, training, or inference.
• Proficiency with supervised and unsupervised learning, including classification and clustering.
• Ability to evaluate models using statistics and tradeoffs like precision, recall, accuracy.
• Strong communication to explain concepts to engineers, researchers, and product managers.
• Open to using AI to amplify skills, with curiosity and responsible AI practices.
