Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Own AI features from design to deployment with success metrics.
• Collaborate with product/design/engineering to scope work and metrics.
• Prioritize work independently, balancing features, quality, and maintenance.
• Proactively support teammates with pairing, reviews, and collaboration.
• Understand and troubleshoot deployment pipelines for ML services and data pipelines.
• Use monitoring/observability tools to triage alerts and participate in on-call.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in applied AI/ML and software engineering shipping AI/ML in production.
• GenAI architecture/system design and implementation experience.
• Hands-on AI/ML solutions for high-traffic, low-latency, large-data apps delivering impact.
• Foundation models knowledge, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Strong programming: Python, Scala, Java, SQL; data engineering skills.
