Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and ship agentic systems for personalized listening at scale
• Build pipelines to extract, structure, and serve cultural signals using LLMs
• Collaborate with Personalization teams to embed cultural data into experiences
• Own end-to-end components: pipelines, training, deployment, monitoring
• Build evaluation tooling and run experiments on cultural signals' impact
• Shape the squad's technical direction and 0-to-1 architectures

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping ML models end-to-end
• Strong Python; Java/Scala a plus; experience with GCP (Dataflow, BigQuery)
• Hands-on with LLMs and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic)
• Experience with tool-calling agents, RAG, vector databases
• Built production-scale AI/ML systems in NLP/knowledge graphs
• Comfortable as a 0-to-1 builder in ambiguous spaces
