5+ years in applied ML; 3+ years in ranking/relevance.
Fluent in Python; TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn/CatBoost.
Experience taking ML models from prototype to production.
Experience designing and running A/B tests and metrics.
Product intuition; focus on improving patient experience.
Strong cross-functional collaboration; communicate tradeoffs clearly.
