Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, train, and iterate ML models to personalize ranking.
• Identify ML opportunities, propose experiments, and build models.
• Own ML solutions end-to-end from problem framing to validation.
• Collaborate with engineers using Git, code reviews, reproducible experiments.
• Partner with Marketing to develop ML-driven bidding and targeting.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant ML experience
• Experience building ML models with business impact
• Strong Python (NumPy, Pandas, sklearn) and SQL
• Proficient in production codebases and Git
• Fast learner in a startup, translating problems to ML
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian
