Design, train, and iterate ML models to personalize ranking
Identify ML opportunities, propose experiments, and build models to boost conversions
Own ML solutions end-to-end from problem framing to validation
Collaborate with engineers using Git, code reviews, and reproducible experiments
Partner with Marketing to improve ML-driven bidding and targeting

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of relevant experience
Experience building and using ML models with measurable business impact
Strong skills in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL
Comfortable with production-oriented codebases, including Git for version control
Graduate degree in a technical or quantitative discipline
Fluent in English and Bulgarian
