Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform deep dive analysis to optimize key product KPIs.
• Apply statistics, modeling, and ML to improve system efficiency and relevance algorithms.
• Conduct data analysis to make product recommendations and design A/B experiments.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver end-to-end analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing ML models to solve business problems (R, MATLAB, Python, MLlib).
• Experience articulating product questions and using statistics to answer.
• SQL scripting: extracting large data sets and designing ETL flows.
• Inter-disciplinary/cross-functional work experience.
• Strong data, metrics, analysis mindset; knowledge of measurement.
• Distinctive problem-solving skills and strong business judgment.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable business recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent from well-known institutes.
