Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, evaluate, and ship LLM-based solutions for adaptive listening
• Develop prompt-driven playlist experiences for music fulfillment and session generation
• Collaborate with product, design, data science, and engineering teams
• Prototype ML approaches and deploy at global scale
• Build systems linking artists and fans in personalized ways
• Contribute to scalable ML systems used by hundreds of millions of listeners

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in ML solving real-world problems in collaborative environments
• Strong background in ML, NLP, and Generative AI
• Hands-on experience building and deploying end-to-end ML systems at scale
• Familiar with LLM-based systems and human feedback like RLHF or DPO
• Experience designing modular ML architectures and writing specs with product teams
• Experience with large-scale distributed data processing (Beam/Spark) and cloud (GCP/AWS)
