- Practical AI/LLM tooling in IT/ops; used Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Scripting and development: Python, Go, Bash, or Swift.
- IaC and modern DevOps: Terraform, Git workflows, CI/CD.
- Deep Apple management knowledge: MDM protocol, configuration profiles, FileVault, Gatekeeper, Apple Silicon.
