Lead end-to-end reverse logistics and RMA workflows: intake triage and approvals
Accelerate POC fulfillment and coordinate 3rd-party prep and shipping
Maintain install-base integrity: track SKUs/SNs and asset IDs
Coordinate with CX, Sales Ops, Finance, and logistics vendors to align service levels
Own KPI dashboards for order cycle time, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in logistics or supply chain ops
Hands-on multimodal logistics with SLAs for order fulfillment, RMAs, reverse logistics
Experience with 3PL/integrators, carriers, and international shipments (labels, customs, INCOTERMS)
Proficient with Salesforce/CRM tools to track data and asset accuracy
Ability to build KPI dashboards and perform descriptive analysis with BI tools
Strong written and verbal communication; able to write SOPs and collaborate cross-functionally
