📋 Description

• Lead localization initiatives with volunteers across Mozilla products.
• Drive end-to-end localized releases, with testing and quality strategies.
• Own localization requests from internal partners with LSPs.
• Make trade-offs to optimize time-to-delivery, quality, and resources.
• Collaborate with engineers to design localization-ready features and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Localization processes, workflows, and industry formats.
• Experience with translation software and translation management systems.
• Localizing software/web at scale: quality, release, maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal English; multilingual fluency preferred.
• Technical: read/navigate code for i18n issues; GitHub experience.
• Ability to design tooling/workflows to automate localization tasks.
• Collaboration across teams, regions, and time zones.
