🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in a buyer-side localisation role.
- Deep understanding of localisation concepts, tools and MT/AI workflows.
- Experience leading product localisation across multiple languages.
- Partner with internal teams and influence roadmaps early.
- Manage language vendors and ensure quality, cost and workflows (Smartling a plus).
- UK work authorization.
