Manage daily cash activity across servicing accounts and allocate inflows/outflows.
Perform daily and periodic reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
Process borrower payments (interest, principal, fees) including exceptions.
Prepare and review loan payoffs, balancing, and lien releases.
Support investor reporting and remittances with accurate posting.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years in cash management, loan servicing, or related finance roles.
Strong bank and cash reconciliations knowledge.
Experience with high-volume transactions: payments, wires, ACH.
Proficiency in Excel (data organization, reconciliations).
Experience with investor remittance reporting or loan reporting (preferred).
Experience with loan servicing systems or accounting software (preferred).
