🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years mortgage origination as active NMLS LO with FL/CA/TX license(s)
- Completed 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing; passed SAFE MLO National Component
- Proficiency with LOS software: Arive, LendingPad, Encompass
- Full lifecycle mortgage loan experience
- Knowledge of loan structuring, pricing strategies, borrower qualification
- Data-driven with track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
