• Senior living home health OT visits on a per-visit basis.
• Full-time, part-time or per diem opportunities in Londonderry NH.
• Serve adult and geriatric patients in designated communities.

🎯 Requirements

• Current NH OT license.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year OT experience.
• Graduation from AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
