Senior Living Home Care RN Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Collaborate with Rehab Manager, Director, and DCO for field staff oversight.
• Review clinical documentation for accurate, high-quality services.
• Work with office team to assign clinicians to clients.
• Develop and update client care plans based on assessments.
• Coordinate client care, referrals and act as internal case manager.
• Participate in hiring of field staff and interviews when applicable.
• Represent BAYADA in community and physician visits.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years RN experience in Home Health.
• 2+ years in leadership/supervisory role.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Desire to lead, inspire, and motivate others.
• Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures.
