Senior Litigation Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead strategy for major litigation and regulatory matters from pre-litigation to resolution.
• Advise senior leadership on legal risk, enforcement trends, and business impact.
• Manage and partner with outside counsel to drive quality and efficiency.
• Personally engage on strategy, discovery, and key filings.
• Handle complex disputes including class actions, privacy, and financial regulation.
• Collaborate with Policy, Product, Regulatory, and Corporate to align on risk and strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership.
• 10+ years of litigation experience at a leading firm, government, or in-house.
• Experience leading complex litigation and/or regulatory enforcement; securities lit a bonus.
• Expertise in class actions, privacy, and financial regulatory enforcement.
• Experience in litigation for a public company, including financial reporting, audit, and governance obligations.
• Strong judgment translating legal risk into practical business guidance.
