  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on terminations, resignations, contracts, and redundancies.
  • Lead client and external employee meetings on separations and settlements.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Legal, and Time & Attendance for compliant offboarding.
  • Drive lifecycle process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Act as escalation point and mentor junior team members.

🎯 Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or labour relations; paralegal a plus.
  • Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, discipline and investigations.
  • Ability to partner with Legal, Payroll and Time & Attendance teams.
  • Tech savvy with Notion, Slack, GSuite and Zendesk.
  • Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
