π― Requirements
- Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or labour relations; paralegal a plus.
- Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, discipline and investigations.
- Ability to partner with Legal, Payroll and Time & Attendance teams.
- Tech savvy with Notion, Slack, GSuite and Zendesk.
- Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
