  • Own lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push, in-app to drive adoption and retention.
  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle campaigns: setup, QA, deploy, and monitor across channels.
  • Be hands-on with automation platform: journeys, personalization, templates, audience management.
  • Use AI to accelerate ops: generate copy, QA, summarize results, automate repeatable workflows.
  • Own lifecycle reporting: build dashboards, monitor trends, translate results into recommendations.
  • Ensure flawless, scalable launches via disciplined intake, QA, docs, monitoring, with continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years leading end-to-end multi-channel lifecycle initiatives with cross-functional partners.
  • Proficient in Braze or Iterable (or similar) marketing automation; willing to learn.
  • Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, Zapier) to accelerate lifecycle work.
  • Experience with iterative testing (A/B or multivariate) and optimization.
  • Data-centric with analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude, Looker) to tell campaign stories.
  • Understanding of lifecycle stages and journey mapping across multiple stages.
  • HTML/CSS templating for lifecycle messages (Liquid/Handlebars).
