- Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, Zapier) to accelerate lifecycle work.
- Experience with iterative testing (A/B or multivariate) and optimization.
- Data-centric with analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude, Looker) to tell campaign stories.
- Understanding of lifecycle stages and journey mapping across multiple stages.
- HTML/CSS templating for lifecycle messages (Liquid/Handlebars).
