📋 Description

  • Develop and execute lifecycle strategies for buyers and vendors.
  • Design and optimize email campaigns with segmentation and personalization.
  • Own end-to-end marketing automation workflows from ideation to launch.
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to improve lifecycle.
  • Partner with Analytics and Product teams to align goals.
  • Develop programs to convert, engage, and retain buyers on Capterra, GetApp, and Software Advice.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing in SaaS/B2B.
  • Proven track record designing and executing Email and Lifecycle programs.
  • Expertise in marketing automation, segmentation, personalization; hands-on with Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, SFMC, Braze.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with A/B testing and data-driven insights.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
