🎯 Requirements

- Expertise in marketing automation, segmentation, personalization; hands-on with Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, SFMC, Braze.
- Strong analytical skills; experience with A/B testing and data-driven insights.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
