- Experience shipping at least one AAA title in FPS or Third Person (Unreal 4/5).
- Professional experience with Unreal 5.
- Cross-discipline collaboration with design, art, engineering, animation, and audio.
- Bachelorโs Degree in Art or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in modular kits and proxy models for high-quality environments.
- Strong understanding of form, silhouette, architecture, and world building.
- Asset libraries, materials, and shaders knowledge is a plus.
