Senior Legal Counsel, Procurement

📋 Description

• Primary legal partner for global third‑party spend and non‑customer contracts.
• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle of vendor, services and sponsorship contracts.
• Structure templates, negotiate terms and provide ongoing advisory support.
• Embed scalable, tech‑enabled contracting practices across teams.
• Manage external counsel and global cross‑border contracting.
• Lead or support training on contracting best practices and LegalTech.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with law degree and right to practice in at least one common‑law jurisdiction.
• 8+ years post‑qualification experience in top‑tier firm or in‑house with procurement focus.
• Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating vendor and services contracts and NDAs.
• Advise on liability, indemnity, IP, confidentiality and privacy.
• Experience guiding internal stakeholders on day‑to‑day contracts and change management.
• Excellent English drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management.
