🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years post-qualification in IP/tech law; AI governance exposure.
- Deep knowledge of EU/US IP (trademarks, copyright, trade secrets); patents a plus.
- Experience advising on AI-related issues: EU AI Act risk, transparency.
- Track record managing IP disputes and C&D response.
- Experience with digital consumer products; app-based, ad tech, or wellness a plus.
- Fluent English; cross-functional collaboration; pragmatic with limited resources.
