  • Experience leading projects, teams, and mentoring.
  • Able to advise executives and HR teams at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and time management.
  • Strong drafting, negotiating, and training skills for high-volume work.
  • Develops business acumen to understand unit operations and counsel accordingly.
