- Experience leading projects, teams, and mentoring.
- Able to advise executives and HR teams at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and time management.
- Strong drafting, negotiating, and training skills for high-volume work.
- Develops business acumen to understand unit operations and counsel accordingly.
