- 8+ years of legal experience, with big law and in-house tech.
- Strong background negotiating complex commercial contracts (SaaS, AI, enterprise).
- Strong written and verbal communication; partner with legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset; navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup.
- Experience on a global legal team with strong organization and time management.
- Privacy/regulatory frameworks experience; DPAs/BAAs and security provisions.
