📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end M&A transactions: structuring, diligence, closing
• Serve as primary legal partner for Vercel Ventures, deal execution and risk
• Support governance, securities matters, and SEC reporting readiness
• Advise on debt/equity financings, board matters, entity management
• Help with employment-related matters when needed
• Improve and scale transaction processes and legal frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience incl M&A and corporate transactions
• Exposure to public company readiness and SEC reporting
• Experience supporting high-growth tech firms; balance objectives with compliance
• Ability to independently own and execute complex transactions
• Strong judgment to assess risk in fast-moving environments
• Licensed to practice law in California or eligible for In-House Counsel
