🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years PQE in private practice or in-house at tech/finance.
- Deep contract law expertise with commercial contracts focus.
- IP experience (copyright/trademarks) and licensing.
- AI-related legal experience, incl. generative AI issues.
- Familiar with legal tech and contract lifecycle management platforms.
- Data protection: data sharing agreements, DPAs, SCCs.
