Senior Legal Counsel, Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Support capital markets and finance teams on securitizations and liquidity arrangements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents with institutional investors.
• Partner with stakeholders and external counsel to structure securitizations.
• Contribute to managing deal flow, timelines, and documentation across transactions.
• Collaborate with legal, product, and regulatory teams for consistency across agreements.
• Maintain and improve transaction templates and processes for scalable execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active admission in at least one US state bar.
• 7+ years in structured finance, debt finance, or capital markets.
• Experience drafting/negotiating financing or capital markets agreements.
• Experience supporting securitization transactions or structured finance.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and external counsel.
• Knowledge of asset-backed securitizations and capital markets structures.
• Fintech or lending industry experience preferred.
