🎯 Requirements

Québec Bar admission or qualified elsewhere; 9–12 years experience.
Experience in law firm or in-house; entertainment or tech preferred.
Strong knowledge of commercial and intellectual property law.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
Bilingual English/French (written and spoken).
Team player, proactive, and tech-minded; drives tool improvements.
