Provide practical legal counsel to leadership on contracts, governance, and compliance
Draft, review, negotiate vendor/partner/client agreements and NDAs
Support employment policies and compliance guidance
Assist with corporate governance, board materials, and entity management
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the business
Coordinate outside counsel to ensure cost-effective, high-quality support

🎯 Requirements

JD degree with 6–10+ years legal experience
Experience in a tech startup or high-growth environment
Strong background in commercial contracts and corporate law
Independent management of complex legal matters
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Multi-state bar admission preferred
