🎯 Requirements
- Fully licensed as a lawyer in a US state.
- Experience in dispute resolution and mediation.
- Experience negotiating EU contracts (e.g., DORA addenda).
- Drafting privacy-related agreements and DPAs/Transfer Impact Assessments.
- Experience with marketing vendor contracts (trade shows, lead gen).
