  • Serve as the go-to legal contact for NiCE HR on employment matters.
  • Advise HR and business leaders on compliance with federal and state employment laws.
  • Manage litigation and pre-litigation matters, including ADA accommodations, discrimination and harassment claims, wage/hour disputes, and restrictive covenant enforcement.
  • Evaluate legal exposure across employment situations and provide practical advice to the business.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and policies as needed.
  • Partner with outside counsel and manage those relationships effectively.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • At least 6 years of employment law experience.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Experience managing a varied docket with competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
