- Evaluate legal exposure across employment situations and provide practical advice to the business.

- At least 6 years of employment law experience.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Experience managing a varied docket with competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
