Senior Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Provide legal services with focus on commercial transactions.
• Serve as advisor to the International region (APAC, Europe, MEA).
• Draft, review and negotiate customer, partner and vendor agreements.
• Collaborate with global Legal team on best practices and initiatives.
• Advise on data privacy and cyber-security laws in International.
• Support corporate work for international entities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ PQE in multinational tech firms or corporate.
• LLB or LLM from internationally recognized university.
• Excellent drafting skills.
• Solid IP and data privacy experience.
• AI experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
