🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of legal experience (in-house and/or top firms) with SaaS/AI focus.
- Strong background negotiating complex contracts (SaaS, AI, enterprise software).
- Fluent in Japanese and English; ability to partner with legal and non-legal teams.
- Proactive, able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup.
- Experience with privacy/regulatory frameworks; DPAs; security provisions.
- Direct management experience building and scaling a legal team.
