• Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years leasing exp.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi/OneSite knowledge.
• Exceptional customer service; professional demeanor.
• Flexible schedule; evenings/weekends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements.
